- Kocok kurang lebih 10 menit smp kental berjejak..
- Tambahkan margarin leleh, minyak dan air. Aduk pake mixer speed paling rendah..
- Tuang adonan dlm loyang (28×28×3) yg sdh diolesi margarin dan dialasi baking paper..
- Panggang dlm oven (aku pake oven tangkring). Kira2 suhu 200*C selama 15 menit di rak bawah. Lalu pindahkan di rak atas selama 2 menit kira2 suhu 160*C..
- Stlh permukaan mencoklat dan permukaan tidak bunyi "pes-pes" angkat dr oven segera balik ke serbet bersih..
- Olesi selai selagi hangat. Tekuk ujung cake yg dekat dgn badan kita lgsg gulung. Ga usah ragu2...gulung ajaaa....smbil dipadatkan..
- Diamkan smp uap panas hilang, simpan di lemari es (msh dibungkus serbet) agar set. Baru dipotong2..
- Evaluasi : td manggang 15 menit ternyata kulit permukaan adonan kurang kering sdkt lg. Next time panggang 20 menit rak bawah dan 2-3 menit rak atas.
