  2. Mix putih telur sampai berbusa, masukkan gula secara bertahap. Mix high speed sampai stiff peak. Sisihkan.
  3. Mix kuning telur + air + minyak + vanila essence + susu sampai pucat sekitar 2 menit (bisa mengunakan mixer yg sama bekas putih telur).
