- Campurkan kuning telur, susu cair, vanila, dan terigu. Aduk rata..
- Kocok putih telur dengan mixer, lalu tambahkan gula secara bertahap. Kocok sampai soft peak.
- Campurkan adonan kuning telur ke putih telur, aduk dgn spatula..
- Campurkan 1/3 adonan tadi dengan bubuk cokelat. Aduk rata.
- Masukkan adonan kedalam loyang yg sudah dialasi baking paper. Kemudian masukkan adonan cokelat kedalam loyang (pakai piping bag supaya rapi).
- Buat motif dengan sumpit kayu atau ujung sendok dengan bentuk vertikal dan horizontal..
- Panggang dgn suhu 150 derajat 35 mnt..
- Setelah matang, diamkan selama 10 mnt. Olesi bagian bawah kue dengan butter cream. Berikan topping sesuai selera.
