- Kocok atau mixer telur,gula dan emulsifier /sp sampai mengembang pucat dan berjejak selama 7-10 menit.
- Ayak tepung terigu,maizena,susu bubuk,lalu masukkan ke kocokan telur aduk rata.
- Masukkan pasta pandan,aduk sampai rata lalu masukkan mentega.aduk lagi..
- Siapkan loyang ukuran 28×28 (untuk bolu gulung)alasi dg kertas baking kemudian olesi dg mentega dan ratakan.
- Tuangkan adonan ke loyang lalu panggang suhu 150°C selama 30-40 menit tergantung oven masing2.
- Kemudian kalau sudah matang,keluarkan dari oven dan dinginkan, lalu potong jadi 2 atau 3,memanjang,beri isian pisang (yg sudah digoreng),selai coklat dan parutan keju) lalu gulung,padatkan dan simoan dikulkas selama 30-60 menit.
- Lelehkan DCC,potong bolu gulung jadi beberapa bagian,lalu celupkan satu sisi ke coklat,tunggu agak dingin dan padat,lalu gantian satu sisinya.
