- Ini 6 butir dari telur.
- Persiapkan 1 sdt dari SP.
- Ini 1 sdt dari vanilla essense.
- Ini 80 gr dari gula pasir (bisa ditambah, klo suka manis).
- Persiapkan 50 gr dari tepung terigu.
- Ini 20 gr dari coklat bubuk (sy pake black noir).
- Persiapkan 15 gr dari susu bubuk.
- Anda perlu 10 gr dari maizena.
- Persiapkan 120 gr dari butter/margarine (lelehkan).
- Ini Secukupnya dari butter cream.
- Persiapkan Secukupnya dari selai strawberry.

- Campurkan semua bahan kecuali mentega cair. Seluruh bahan kering wajib diayak. Kemudian mixer sekitar 7-10 menit sampai adonan menjadi kental. Lalu ambil sedikit adonan, dicampur ke mentega cair utk memudahkan pencampuran mentega cair dan adonan. Lakukan aduk balik, cek sampai kebawah loyang tidak ada mentega yg mengendap krn akan berdampak Lue bantet. Cetak di loyang 24x24 yang sudah dioleskan mentega & tepung..
- Panggang di oven dengan suhu 180 derajat (sesuaikan oven masing2), proses pemanggangan sekitar 30 menit. Lakukan tes tusuk, apabila sdh tdk ada adonan yg menempel, cake sdh matang. Angkat cake, lalu letakkan diatas serbet bersih atau kertas roti utk kemudian digulung. Pastikan cake tidak bersentuhan dgn tangan spy tdk nempel ke tangan. Cake langsung digulung panas2, biarkan dingin lalu dioles selai strawberry kemudian dioleskan butter cream. Lalu gulung kembali & masukkan kulkas biar set..
