- Ini 1/2 sdt dari Cream of TarTar / perasan jeruk nipis.

- Lalu masukkan bahan B ke pasta A bertahap dengan teknik aduk balik pakai Spatula..
- Bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian sama rata, 1 bagian dikasih cairan coklat, aduk rata..
- Tuang ke dalam loyang kotak/bulat uk 20cm yang sudah dialasi kertas. Tuang selang seling tiap warna..
- Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
- Panggang di suhu 160-170 derajat selama 50-60menit dengan sistem Au Bain Marie (loyang utama dialasi dengan loyang lain yg lebih besar lalu diisi air krg lebih 1.5cm). Jangan lupa test tusuk karena suhu oven beda2..
- Hingga matang merata.
- Kalau uda mateng, jungkirkan ke rak kawat untuk buang uapnya..
- Balikkan lagi ya :) NB : Kalo loyangnya bongkar pasang seperti saya, jangan lupa dilapisi dengan aluminium foil ya biar air tidak merembes masuk.
